Building the Pollinator Highway Through Lower Merion
Peter’s lifelong support of pollinators (bees, butterflies, etc…)
through the extensive cultivation of native flowering plants
continues by way of “Peter Grove’s Pollinator Program”.
Implemented by the Riverbend Environmental Education Center,
the program offers partnering entities funding and expertise for
their pollinator projects.

Aside from his own personal efforts, Peter sought to
improve the world around him by supporting projects and
organizations that value environmental stewardship.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Peter’s memory
are invited to make donations to:
Lower Merion Conservancy
Friends of the Earth
Friends’ Central School

Charitable Giving
Peter has released two audiobooks of short stories:
Borrowing the Boss’s Car & Other Stories, and The
Trouble with Bears & Other Stories.
The compilations feature stories from Peter’s vast
repertoire. Most are true — vignettes of his life
experiences growing up in England, sinking wells with
formerly-Untouchable communities in India, and biking
around the world. Some are fictional, such as an
imagined conversation between
squirrels in his backyard, or with
the Devil over whether he may be
admitted to Hell. Still others are
opinions - many of which are
deliberately outrageous and intended to
provoke!
